Refund policy

How to return a product? 

  1. Please have your receipt and or proof of purchase so we can find your order. 
  2. Product must be returned unopened to check quality issues and in the same condition it was purchased received.
  3. No cash refunds; only exchanges for identical items if spoiled or defective with proof of purchase. 
  4. All gift cards are non refundable. 
  5. Items will be reimbursed at Cafe Mote discretion to the same card it was purchased with. 
  6. Cafe Mote offers returns up from 30-60 days on most items with receipt proof of purchase, refunding to the original payment method. Except if completely damaged and at the discretion of Cafe Mote.
